Synopsis

A young psychiatrist returns to his hometown, haunted by his mother’s death from mental illness. Assigned to the local hospital, he finds it eerily empty - no patients, only silence. Seeking answers, he discovers a village consumed by superstition, opium, and blind faith, ruled by a shaman named Data, worshipped as a god. As he investigates, the line between science and belief blurs, forcing him to confront both the village’s madness and his own buried grief. When he finally challenges the shaman before the villagers, his defiance ignites a dangerous conflict between truth and tradition, threatening to unravel the community and test the limits of his conviction.
