Christophe Leclaire was born in 1979 in the North of France. It was first thanks to photography that he explored the language of the image. After his studies in Paris at the “Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français”, he chose to focus on filming between 2000 and 2007 and worked as a director assistant, editor, camera operator and script supervisor. In 2004, he created “Images Seconde”, a collaborative and nonprofit organization, with which he directed and co-produced fifteen short movies: fictions, documentaries, music videos and experimental narratives. Some of these, such as Omnibus (2008) and Epiphyl (2012), were noticed in European festivals in France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Austria.
