A Tribal school Kid become friend with a mango tree, that looks like an elephant and he fondly calls it 'Elephant Tree'. He talks to it and shares his joys and grief with it. The boy's grandma is sick and on the verge of dying, she requests the boy to get her a fritter, which doctor had advised her not to eat. The shopkeeper gives the boy a spoilt fritter worth Rs.5. The tenacity of the boy in pursuing to establish his right of getting justice, it's a poignant tale of an innocent boy trying to get justice for selling him a spoilt fritter, the boy for seeking justice. Elephant tree shows him the way to find justice.
