This is a period film from the 1950-60s’ Subbaiah goes into the forest insearch of firewood in order to heat his food at home while cutting down the firewood from the forest tree’s he encounters a Demigod called Varthkalli and makes a promise to the demigod .But Subbaiah does not keep up to it and later on he faces the consequence because of breaking the promise being made.
