My Heart is a poignant and powerful love story about Vijay, a blind man, and Priya, his partner who suffers from Aphasia, a language disorder that renders her unable to speak, yet able to sing.

With the help of a selfless Doctor Ragini, Priya undergoes Language Therapy,Speech Therapy and Singing Therapy as a means to regain her voice.Priya finds it very difficult to communicate but somehow manages to sing using hand and facial gestures.Priya's hand and facial expressions often don't sync with her vocals while doing singing therapy due to her condition.But she is improving slowly.Vijay has just one wish; that is to get Priya's voice back and he has been waiting desperately for a year to hear her speak again. The slum community rallies around them, providing financial support and emotional comfort.

Despite their challenges, they find solace and comfort in each other's company. Their daily struggles are compounded by poverty and the cruelty of their landlord, who eventually unleashes a brutal attack on Vijay with the help of his goons , leaving him with a traumatic brain injury and Aphasia.

In a stunning reversal, Priya's traumatic response to Vijay's injury miraculously allows her to find her voice, and her first words, My Heart are a testament to the transformative power of love.
