The film is written and directed by Anil Nakka, who also plays the lead role of Sanjeev. Anil is an aspiring director and actor with a strong passion for storytelling. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has trained in theatre acting and directing workshops conducted by Creative Theatre and the Department of Language and Culture, Government of Telangana. He has worked as an actor and assistant director for several YouTube channels and has assisted in theatre productions, gaining practical experience in performance and direction.
The supporting cast includes Vera Manohar as Shiva, Layaa as Pallavi, Harish Palakurthi as Harish, and Achyut G as Venkat. The cinematography is handled by Bhupathi KY, the music is composed by John K Joseph, and editing is done by Sai Krishna Naredla.
The idea for Sanjeev developed quickly and was shaped through detailed discussions with the team. As it was a first project, finding a producer was challenging. Eventually, the team decided to produce the film independently. A personal bank loan was taken to begin production. Pre-production planning was done in a simple room setup, and the film was completed step by step with dedication. During post-production, friends extended financial support, and the crew collaborated with minimal payment, believing in the story and vision.
